Refund policy

Returns must be sent back within 20 days of their delivery date. Once we receive your return you will be issued store credit. Shipping cost is NOT refunded. Returns must be made at your own cost. We allow exchanges for the same product or a different product of the same price only.

Custom Order: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless product is damaged. 

Damaged items: If you've received a wrong or damaged item please email us at SeaSunCreation@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible after that time frame has passed.

Lost/stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
